- 1. PORCELAIN FUSED TO ZIRCONIA
- Zirconia is an extremely strong material with properties similar to ceramic porcelain, only stronger. It has replaced metal as the material of choice in hip replacement surgeries. In breakage tests, the materials have held up much better than there all ceramic counterparts, unfortunately they are still not as strong as the Porcelain fused to metal crowns.
Zirconia crowns are fabricated inticately at a special laboratory that will withstand many times the amount of pressure that could be generated inside a patient's mouth. Zirconia reinforced porcelain crowns can have markedly better esthetics than the traditional porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns because zirconia core is white--no gray lines even after several years of cementation. It has excelent marginal seal. For front teeth this type of crown is highly recommended. And for night grinders, the full shell zirconia would be my top choice.
- 2. TILITE CROWN. TITANIUM REINFORCED PORCELAIN-FUSED TO METAL CROWN This type of crown is durable and strong. It is highly esthetic and does not cause blackish- green staining of the gum margins after prolong years of fitting and use [which are seen among conventional crowns] Tilite crowns can also be made into full shell crowns for badly worn-out tooth/teeth. It is highly polished and very esthetic.
We provide state of the art Dental Surgical Implants and prosthetic crowns to patient/s needing screws as retention post/s for edentulous gums. We use the MIS Implant system technology. Strong, durable tempered Titanium and Vanadium screws are employed as implants. At a very affordable fee, we are equally dedicated to the creation of permanent smiles among our patient/s for whom those implants will be or have been installed. To prevent cross-infection, we guarantee that ALL SURGICAL TOOLS ARE PROPERLY STERILIZED and NO RE-USE for disposable dental materials.
How long does it take to have implants done?
A completed dental implant procedure is done in two stages, requiring two separate trips. The second trip occurs about 3-4 months later, allowing for the implants to properly heal and integrate into your jawbone so they would become strong to support the crowns. Temporary crowns, partials or bridges are provided during the interim period.
The first trip:
> any necessary extractions are done and the implants are placed.
> the implants can be placed in as little as one appointment, but usually require a minimum 3-4 day visit
The second trip
> the abutments and permanent crowns are placed and the work is complete
> this trip can be done in as few as 5 days, but 7-10 is most common
TMJ management and pain treatment
Occlusion of teeth has a lot to do with TMD dysfunction such as clicking, popping of jaw, abfractions or wearing away of teeth on cervical margins, abrasions, protrusive bite, abnormal side to side movement of jaw. difficulty of opening and closing of mouth, tightness of facial muscles, tinnitus or ringing of the ears and etc. Sound and gradual phase of treatment through TMD interventions and functional occlusion can help find cure.
RIDGE PRESERVATION AND BONE GRAFTING PROCEDURE:
Our clinic offers bone grafting procedure on tooth extraction sockets to preserve the bone ridge from resorption [that is bound to occur in time], thereby maintaining the bone ridge height and contour. This type of material is also being used to reconstruct/patch any form of bony resorption anywhere in the mouth. To immobilize the bone graft, a special membrane is used to cover and seal the flap. This membrane prevents "melting" of the hardened graft material until it reaches its peak healing or “bone maturity period.” We employ BOND BONE™ graft material, a biphasic calcium sulfate that provides bone regeneration capacity on the 4th month after its usage.

1. FLEXIBLE DENTURES: A removable partial denture without metal clasps.
_We call our thin, slim, plastic, removable denture product "Flexite", as the word implies due to its flexibility. The non-metal clamp is incorporated to the denture and it fits snugly into the supporting abutment without causing harm to the enamel. The denture's light pinkish color blends well with the color of the gums, therefore, making the denture looks more natural. The thin palatal plate and those on the flanges surrounding and covering the gums for retention fits naturally. Taste perception and speech are not impeded by the use of this oral prosthesis. Although, since this is a foreign body, one needs time to adjust a bit or to visit the dentist for some minor adjustments.
2.COMPLETE FULL DENTURE:
_This is indicated for a patient who has lost either an upper or lower dentition, or the entire complement of his/her teeth. This can be either soft relined or the conventional hard core resin. The prices per denture vary depending on the pontic's brand and the type of pink resin to be used in fabrication of the desired denture. Pontics are classified as plastic or porcelain. Our top of the line is IVOCAP.
3. STAINLESS STEEL FRAMED REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE IN COMBINATION W/ EITHER TOUGH RESIN OR PORCELAIN TEETH
_This type of denture design is highly recommended because of its durability and wear resistant. The combination of light metal adds strength to the denture.
ROOT CANAL THERAPHY:
For badly decayed tooth/teeth but saveable, we rather attempt to save it than extract the same. Tooth/teeth are capped with Tilite Fullshell crown or porcelain crowns for reinforcement of the crown and longevity. Charge for RCT is per canal.
No tooth undergoing or has undergone nerve degeneration inside its pulp chamber would be worthy to receive a crown, unless, the pulp chamber has become sterile. Hosts of bacteria from deteriorating nerve produce pus which later generate gases. In due time, this process causes undue pressure and considerable pain or infection. In worst case, bone destruction is observed.
SURGICAL REMOVAL OF IMPACTED MOLARS:
Our services cater to removal of impacted molars, employing state of the art ORAL CAMERA and dental surgical instruments for fast, atraumatic and easy removal of the submerged tooth/teeth. For anxious patients, we premedicate with sedatives for their emotional and mental conditioning..
.Bacteria, plaque and food stains could lodge on the tooth enamel's micro structure causing the tooth/teeth to turn gray or yellowish. Aging process could also turn the teeth grayish. The degree of stain, the time element needed for the process, and tolerance of the patient to the peroxide will determine what % of peroxide is to be used for treating discolored teeth_[ 20% or 35%?, take home or In clinic?.] Teeth whitening consist of two types:>1.Chairside -With an LED bleaching machine, the 35% peroxide gel is applied by the dentist on the facial surfaces of the teeth, the peroxide bubbles and cleans the tooth surfaces. A color shift to a lighter hue are expected and removal of stains are seen after 3 cycles. [20mins./cycle]. This type of bleaching is faster and would take 1hour, with added 10 mins for oral prophylaxis. A tooth after bleaching would sometime show isolated, minute whitish defective enamel, [which were not visible before bleaching], this indicates the cleansing effect of the peroxide inside the microtubules. The said enamel defect can be treated with cosmetic fillings, >2. Take-home regimen - Another choice which is cheaper but longer to do. After receiving hands on instructions from the dentist, the patient takes home two 20% bleaching gel for the upper and lower teeth. The bleaching kit consist of upper and lower personalized soft vacuumed tray that fits snugly into the teeth.
A nano hybrid composite resin with a strong and tacky bonding agent is being used for anterior teeth and molar teeth after a thorough tooth cavity preparation and cleansing. Color matching with the natural teeth are obtained to match with color of the filling material. These filling materials are delicately packed in increment layer into the prepared cavity and contoured according to the tooth morphology. Our clinic has several product options from which the patient could choose from, depending on his budget and preference. We use different brands of composite resin to suite our pateints need for color, strength and durability.[newest brand marketed ex. 3M XT, AMELOGEN, CERAM X-DUO, GRANDIO, & ESTELITE].
COSMETIC CLOSURE OF SPACES IN
With delicate balance in artistry and skills, spaces in between teeth can be closed with composite resin. For example, if two front teeth have 3mm gap on the center, these two teeth can be reconstructed by enlarging each tooth proportionately in size and color. The procedure is called - closure of diastema.
PITS AND FISSURE SEALANTS:
By nature a tooth or teeth on the occluding surfaces are markedly rough with anatomical structures termed as fissures. These rough depressions causes food impaction. With prolong food impaction, a tooth enamel becomes weak and caries prone. To prevent food from getting wedge and stuck on the occluding surface, a sealant is applied and cured smoothen the rough surface.
ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT OR BRACES:
We offer braces to correct/align malposition of teeth, to close in between spaces, to correct bite or malocclusion of upper and lower teeth. This procedure takes months to years to finish. The patient has to come for adjustment of his/her braces at least twice a week or once a month. Gums are also being checked for health. Patients teeth and gums are regularly monitored for proper care.
